Recognising the challenges of recruitment and retention in the aged care sector, our Aged Care Program provides a comprehensive, risk-mitigated program that handles international recruitment, training, and financing of potential employees. Through our partner training provider, Alphacrucis University College (RTO 90525), we provide a comprehensive curriculum covering core units such as patient care, effective communication in healthcare, and safe work practices - amongst other elective units which are based on the participant's interest or the specific needs of your facility. What sets this program apart is that there are no long-term costs for you, the employer, while also supporting employee retention through ongoing training opportunities and career pathways.

Our program extends a warm welcome to all aged care providers. Is is particularly well-suited for residential and community aged care, where the transformative impact is truly felt.

Your collaboration is vital for a successful initiative and smooth candidate transition. Employers will require a labor agreement, this enables candidates to pursue permanent residency and offers long-term stability for your organisation.

An initial loan fund to support program operations. Candidates repay the fund over time, and once fully repaid, funds can be reinvested or used in your business. This minimises financial risk and ensures sustainable staffing solutions.

How the program works

Step 1: Project initiated

You're in control. Specify the exact attributes you need in candidates, from their country of origin to their language skills, and more. To get started, an initial investment is placed as a loan fund managed by our finance partner, Edfin Pty Ltd (ACL 549 660). This fund fuels the program, but importantly, it's structured as a recoverable investment rather than a cost.

Step 2: Cohort recruitment

Globaltal conducts a targeted recruitment drive to find candidates that meet your specifications. After identifying a pool of potential hires, you and Globaltal collaborate to interview and select the most likely to succeed in your organisation.

Step 3: Candidates begin program

Selected candidates start their online training with Alphracrucics and apply for a training visa. Globaltal provides comprehensive support during this period, assisting with practical matters like accommodation, bank accounts, phone plans, driving licenses, and more. After arriving in Australia, candidates work with you full-time while completing their training. Once fully qualified, they start repaying the loan and transition to your labour agreement.

Step 4: Funds returned

The candidate finishes repaying the loan, and the initial investment can be transferred back to you. This recovered capital can be used for the next cohort of candidates or be directed back into your business as you see fit.
